You try to eat right and as you evolve into a more conscious eater, I want to help with the time and needed effort it takes to plan healthy meals and snacks.

By providing you with fresh, cleaned (in a sterile environment), cut and portioned vegetables and fruits, you will have the experience of making your own recipes without all the hassle of the shopping, prep and cleanup work.

Once ordered from our selection, I will prepare sealed bags that will be filled with the fresh ingredients (varying in sizes depending on order amount).

GUACAMOLE MIX:  Tomato, cherry peppers (or Serrano chilies if you like it hot), cilantro, lemon, green onion & salt/pepper - Add frozen avocado & mix

OATMEAL in JARS:  Just heat up and serve - Steel cut oats, buckwheat groats, dried coconut, chia & hemp seeds
