You try to eat right and as you evolve into a more conscious eater, I want to help with the time and needed effort it takes to plan healthy meals and snacks.

By providing you with fresh, cleaned (in a sterile environment), cut and portioned vegetables and fruits, you will have the experience of making your own recipes without all the hassle of the shopping, prep and cleanup work.

Once ordered from our selection, I will prepare sealed bags that will be filled with the fresh ingredients (varying in sizes depending on order amount).

Smoothie pack eg:

Add Cleansing Foods — The following are foods known to help the body’s natural cleansing and detoxifying abilities:

I try to add one of these foods into meals I already like and regularly eat, but my favorite way to get cleansing vegetables and fruits is to make a smoothie or juice.

My favorite juice combination, which is also great for supporting the liver’s cleansing and detoxifying, is the following:

  • 2 medium-sized beets
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 apple
  • grated ginger

Other ingredients include:

  • banana
  • cranberries
  • cucumber
  • coconut water
  • avocado
  • parsley
